In the middle of a first Test E cycle about 5 weeks in. I want to up my calories a bit more-but want to do it cleanly. I was in the store today and saw some flax/fish oil. But couldnt get a stong answer on how many calories per serving it is. It said it was 10% of the daily recomended caloric intake-or something like that based on 2000 calorie diet. So basically a serving is like 200 calories?
Anyways was thinking of taking like 3-4 servings of that a day? Thoughts?

Anyways was thinking of taking like 3-4 servings of that a day? Thoughts? First off, post your stats, height? weight? bf%? 2000 cals is maintenance for sorority girls during rush. To add and sustain muscle, you need to take in more calories. Also, you can't expect to bulk from a tiny little pill. A 1000mg fish oil pill generally has about 10 cals in it, not 10% of your RDA. If you are eating a 3000 cal diet, 10 cals is a measly 0.3% so four pills a day would net a calorie increase of about 1.3%, see where I'm going with this? You need to eat more food, not more pills.

10% of the fat intake perhaps, not total calories. 1 gram of fat is 9 calories, so each fish cap should be about 10 calories if they are 1000mg each.
