I'm Joey Guys, what's going on . I'm 21 and have been training for about three years on and off now. I've decided I'd like to take a more systematic approach to training and start to gain some weight rather then just have general conditioning. I started an online journal here to track my progress and to get as much help as I transition through the various stages.
