split??

Whats up guys and gals? Although this is my first post, I'v been browsing this forum for at least a year and a half now. Anyway, I have my first question for any vets that might be blowin through here. Any thoughts on my split? I just moved out of my moms house and into my dads house, where I finally have access to a pretty nice gym. any thoughts on this split?

Mon
Chest/Triceps
Abs

Tues
Quads/Glutes

Wed
Back/Biceps
Abs

Thurs
Hams/Calvs

Fri
Shoulders/Forearms
Abs

Any help would be more than appreciated.
