I have just begun my first cycle of test E (250ml 2 times a week)...any idea how long before i start to notice gains?

21 days in or so you will see some big changes..

Exactly and 33-42 days before the full dose is running through your system

It differs from brand to brand it seems but usually within 3-4 weeks you should notice changes. Ive found Galenka enth had a more immediate effect but they arent always easy to get.

Takes around a month for me if I do just test E
