Well....after a long vacation in the Swalhilieee.....Wait....I didnt go anywhere.....lol....Back in the saddle again...... I joined I think in 2002-2003 have had a couple of kids...which keeps me busy andf running around....so still kinda in shape...but not where I want to be ...as usual.....
In our basement of our office, we have created a mini-gym.......
I brought my Power Rack and bench......Dumbell set.... and then aquired some more Body Solid equipment......
PecDeck/Fly machine
Lat Machine
Squat Rack
Abdominator...spelling...
2 benches
almost 1500 lbs in plates
3 45lb bars....
and varoius other accessories.....
So I am in a 4 day workout routine and have some questions......BUT...I shall post in the Training forum......Just wanted to stop in and say howdy.....Thanx
