hey all... i need some new ideas for gettin in some protein besides chicken. i will still eat chicken but damn i had the shits the other night and it smelt just like chicken now if ya ask me id say thats a little too much chicken
i eat tuna and have started to eat some steaks and have looked for ones that havent got a lot of fat through them so any suggestion are welcome even new ways to eat the stuff would be good . sorry it is so long and i appreciate all the help i get
