This is a very quick, yummi recipe. Great for hot summer dayz when your picnicking or having a BBQ and don't want to go too overboard on the diet.

4cans canned salmon - I love the stuff especially the little bones!
6cp cooked whole wheat macaroni pasta
1/2cp ultra low fat Miracle Whip - more for flavor if you need it
1tsp.sea salt
1/2-1cp chopped green onions- depends on how much you like their flavor
