I have a very tough time with measurements in cooking and baking. I go by texture and flavor. So I will list the ingredients. You kids will just have to play around with the different amounts til you find a flavor you like best!

Organic 5 Blend Oil - flax, safflower/sunflower, borage, pumpkin and sesame. Found in most health food stores.
Rice Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Sesame Seeds

Orange Tarragon Dressing
Organic 5 blend oil
Apple Cider Vinegar
Fresh Squeezed orange
Tarragon
Honey
Chill in fridge overnight for flavors to meld.

Lemon Vinagrette - yummi on Romaine w/cucumbers
Fresh squeezed lemon
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar (just a little)
Sea salt (just a little)
Fresh crushed garlic

Veggie Dip
Fat free plain yogourt
1%Cottage cheese
Spinach
Green onions
Fresh garlic
Sea Salt
Dill
Blend together in blender and let chill overnight

Instead of soy sauce, I would probably use Bragg's brand liquid amino acids. I tastes identical to regular ol' soy sauce. Check it out!;)
