hello, and nice to meet you all! i have reently began strength training on my own. I have been lifting on and off since highschool, now age 21. I really want to make myself stick with it this time. i used to make up all kinds of excuses but i am finally tired of being so skinny. i have wieghed 130lbs since i was a sophmore in hs and i need to bulk up. i am 5'9" 130lbs now, my goal is to be at least 160 to 170 by spring next year, which is when i plan to start training for boxing. Boxing is another thing besides strength trianing i have been on and off for the past 5 years. So thanks for all your help in advance.
