My name is Jordan Wilkerson and I'm 20 years old from Hampstead, MD.
I've come on here to basically show my evolution to the world and to get advice and help along the way.
My goals:
I have always been a skinny guy, when I started lifting heavily it was at 19 and I was following Anthony Ellis' plan. With this plan I went from 5'10 136lbs, to 146 lbs in 12 weeks. However the stress from school starting and me starting a job forced me out of my routine.
I am now at a 143 weight, and I am still VERY weak. I am hoping to find the right path to my goals of benching over 200lbs, and weighing in at 160. See you around the forums!
