Protein Shake before or after cardio?

If I am doing Cardio after I lift the weights, should I chuck down my protein shake first right after the weights than proceed with cardio, or will it be better to lift weights, do cardio than drink the shake? Which is more superior?
 
After cardio.

The 2 best times for doing cardio is -

1. In the morning on an empty stomach
2. Post w/o

If you have your protein shake after your w/o your body will have food in it and will use the energy provided by the shake and NOT from bodyfat
 
Agreed! Save your shake till after your done working out,cardio included. :)
