i posted this question in another thread about liquid creatine (very well answered by Kuso i might add ) but didn't get response so here it is again.
I take protien & flaxseed oil and creatine as my suppliments do you have any other recomendations or suggestions for supps that i should take?? ie: a fat burner (what type), ZMA (zinc magnesium aspartate) i heard is good yes, no ? any others?
