IGF did not do much for me.
I was disapointed. Even ran it at 100mcg a day.
I think that the quality of IGF in the past has been very flakey.
I tried 2 different vendors and both the powder form and premix.
Seems to be a hit or miss when it comes to IGF.
I wouldnt mind trying Tpex, I like Tree and think he is a stand up guy.
I would use a minimum of 50mcg a day and inject post workout in the mucle group you just worked.
Make sure you follow the intstructions on how to reconstitute the powder or you will screw up the igf.
