Just what the subject says!

I mix mine in a blender with some ice, a cup of frozen strawberries and 4oz of ff yogurt.

I need some variations though!
 
I just mix mine in water. Its not quite as exiting as your method :)

I have to mix my protein with milk, water is just too gross.

The protein I use Maximuscle Promax tastes OK in water. But for most other proteins i would completely agree with you.
 
I mix mine in water also, if I'm using vanilla flav. I'll put some fruit in depending when I'm
having it.

I have mine for breakfast: 1 cup o.j., 4 tablespoons flax ground flax seed, 8oz.ff vanilla yogurt,ice and vanilla protien, its great!!
 
I carry a slow drip all day!
