i had no problem in bulking up to 182 in no time... but with it came 17 % of bodyfat... i dropped to 165 with like 6 %...and now im trying to bulk again, but as clean as possible..and im stuck at 168-169 with like 8%... I don't wanna get up to 17% again, but i want to reach a 175 with like 14-15%... i take 2 servings of nlarge (1200 cals), plus my meals... and im still stuck!!! arghhh...
