Buffalo chicken wrap

Great great healthyfood. take a wholewheat wrap and put in a cooked chircken breast, some lettuce, ranch dressing, and hotsauce. ez to pack and ez to make. it tastes Delicous. BTW if you dont like spicy just takee out the hot sauce.

Great Value Louisana hot sauce is great for this, you can find it at walmart.

If you take out the hot sauce, it's no longer a Buffalo Chicken Wrap.

Also, unless you're using some sort of a fat free/low sodium ranch that tastes like battery acid, that isn't that healthy of a sandwhich. Depending of course on the amount of ranch used.

Franks Red Hot Buffalo flavor works very well for this.
