looking for a good first cycle dosage/ plan

i have a 90 ct bottle of superdrol and i am planning on takin my first cycle shortly i was wondering what would be a good dosage for me, bein it my first cycle and what additional supplements i might need during the cycle and for the pct/serms?

I'll let someone else chime in on the SD dose. I recommend cycle support during the cycle and tamoxifen citrate (aka nolva) post cycle.
