havnt been laid in almost 11 months so have to spank frank every now and then. hope to get laid soon after all my b day is in a few weeks

I used to do it every day but since leaving my wife, I don't need to do it at all anymore. I've been getting the real thing at least every day.
 
Once or twice a week, about the same as i actually get laid.

I said 3-4, but I am sure there are weeks more and some less....but that seems like a good average. I will go a week without and then rub 2-3 off in a day for a couple days....depends on when I am manstrating.
