hey guys, i've been working out on and off for a couple of years, i'm not really dedicated,but i think now is the time for a fresh start. i stumbled upon this site by mistake but i made a membership, i was able to get really good advice and feedback for members here regarding a new bulking routine. i hope to learn more and more by visiting this forum and getting good advice.
