i have just got a cycle of winny 50mg. im wondering if and how i should use it. ive been told couple dif. things about it and id like to find some cold hard facts. let me know whats out there im trying to lose body fat and gain more muscle mass . thanks!

Have u used gear before, how old and how long have u been training for, more information.
