how does youre daily protien schedual look?

myself:

protien drnk-50gms 6:00am
bioled eggs-10gms 10:00am
chicken-60+gms or 1ltr- skim milk-40gms & tuna-30gms or beans-25gms 12:00pm
can of tuna-30gms or protien drnk-30gms 3:00pm
chicken-50gms or whatever.....5:00pm
tuna-30gms or drnk-30gms 8-9pm.....

...this is kinda how i get my 200+ gms of protien a day...varies abit sometimes.......how bout yous?
 
6 meals @ 30-35 g of protein each...coming from whey protein, chicken, eggs, tuna, salmon and lean beef :D
 
My diet is in my journal, but I eat 245 grams of protein a day, before my current diet, I was consuming 210 grams a day. :D
 
...hmm..i dont know how some of yas do 6 or more meals a day. where i work, i cant do that. so gotta load abit more at meal times.....hey w8, what kinda lean be.......ah nevermind!:D
 
from 350-400...right now I'm around 230 @ 9.5% bf

6 meals a day x 70 grams a meal...

meals 1 and 6 are protein shakes (MRP's) @ 45 grams + I add 15 grams of CFM whey to each
2 are usually 7 oz chicken breasts
1 serving of lean beef around 8 oz
1 serving of salmon around 8 oz
then there's a couple servings of bean in there

It's not easy man. I was eating around 500 but The_Chicken_Daddy convinced me to lower my protien and raise the fats during my cutting cycle...
 
wow. i know what ya mean...its hard keeping a high protien count daily. the chicken daddio is coolio:D ....i go with 1gm per body weight too cy......
