neded info on deca and test stack

hello..i am 31 and just started taking deca 300 and test 400 for the first time ever...can any one give me info on the side effects and a good way to stack them.....currently i am taking 1cc of deca a week and pyramiding the test but any info would help.....my email adress is thanks

Doses will depend on your cycle history, goals, health status, etc. Basic would be 500mg test a week with 300mg deca a week. Sides are very individual.
