Hi I am here to learn as much as I can, see I'm fat and I would like to be big but not this kind of big, I went for my first jog/run yesterday and I am not sure if I should get right into weight training or just keep up the cardio my goal right now is to lose another 30-35 pounds I am 6 foot and 280# yikes I'm going to keep reading around the forum but what should I be doing for diet,and vitamins and stuff. Should I be jogging everyday or like three times a week? Oh yeah I weighed in at 305 a year ago it was pretty bad.

Do lots of reading on here and get your diet/nutrition in check...its 95% of the fat loss equation...

IMHO, weight lifting/resistance training would be a great asset!

Its doable!
