need help with d-bol plan

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody could help me out. I've been lifting for only about 6 months and i wanted to step it up in order for me to start seeing quicker and better results. I did research and found that winstrol and d-bol are popular. does anybody have suggestions of what to take? a plan for how much and how often? whats most effective?

Also wondering if anybody's had experience with either one of these substances and if so what are side effects and how quickly did they kick in?
