I am new here and new to weight training. I have recently started with the following exercises: Dumbell Presses, Lateral Row, Concentration curls, Overhead dumbell press, Tricept extensions and Hammer Curls. I am using 10 pound dumbells right now due to tryiong to ease into this and prevent injury. I am doing 3 sets of 12reps of each excercise followed by 15 minutes on a stationary bike 3 times a week. I use the stationary bike 25 minutes a day in between weight training exercises.

What type of exercises can I do for the abdominal muscles that do not require a lot of equipment? Also what about the lower body? I do plan on a bench in the next few months but would like to get started now with some simpler things.
