This will be my fourth AS cycle.
I did my first cycle when i was 21 (turned 22 during cycle)
My first, second and third cycle i started in Jan of the last three years.
This year my BF% was a little higher than i like it to be to start a cycle as I usually eat like crazy and put on 2-3% during the cycle.
I am currently 215lbs 15% BF 70"
My cycle will start on the first Monday of May.
I am on my way to lower my BF to 9-10% by day one of the cycle.
Cycle Goal : gain 25lbs ultra lean muscle mass
My strength goals will be determined by my maxes leading up to start of cycle.
My cycle will look like this...
200mg Prop (1-12) - 50mg mon, wed, fri, sun (am)
300mg Tren Ace (1-10) - 100mg tues, thurs, sat (am)
400mg EQ (1-10) - 200mg tues, fri (pm)
10mg Halo ED (1,2,3,10,11,12) - 30m-1hr preworkout
20mg Nolva ED (1-12) - 10mg (am/pm)
500iu hcg 2x per week (1-12) - 500iu wed, sat (pm)
This will be my first time using Halo. I have heard nothing but good things about it. Should i run 20mg just for last segment or just for first segment or is that a good spread??
My diet will be 4000cals 400g protein. 100g fat. alt low and moderate carb weeks. (low apx75g, mod apx150g)
Any suggestions are welcome.
My PCT and Cycle Support are in place as well.
