I've been reading the posts on Flax oil, but i'm just wondering if it would be the same to take flax in capsule form instead of liquid form with my protien shake. I've heard it's not too tasty, so this would be the way to go right? or wrong?
I'm also concerned that since i'm allergic to fruit, nuts, and fresh veggies (all the good stuff really...) that this too will give me a problem. Maybe not though. What do you guys think?
