Really good to know Vicious, THANKS. i have been running test only 500mgs enanthate and 400 mgs test prop and i wasnt sure how many pumps to use so i appreciatte your feedback. I have been doing 2 pumps daily. In morning and evening. One of the doses is after a shower when pores are opened up other before bed and forearms shaved ready for max absorbtion,lol. Spreads real nicely on forearms. At 1.5 ml per pump 1 bottle should last me 2 months.

How do you apply this anyway

Its a transdermal so you apply it to your skin.
A few tips:
Apply to clean skin.
After a shower is best because pores are open.
Dont use hands to apply....use your forearms to rub the gel in so you dont lose any.
Try to apply where there isnt alot of hair.

New to Iron Mags forum..Just picked up some formeron and all I can say is I?ve never received shipping of anything as fast as I did from TGB supplements. Ordered it on Friday afternoon and had it in my hands by noon on Monday...incredible customer service....Primarily using it as part of a fat loss stack over the next few months as well as to see how it treats the puffiness I have from my 4+ year old AAS induced gyno. Getting married in Oct so it?s time to get sub 10% bf for the beach. All of the positive feedback def has me pumped to start this journey.

Get that diet in order and get on the tread mill

Def looking forward to it...however the cardio not so much...in the process of cleaning up my diet now (cutting out the diet sodas, watching sugar intake, lowering carbs). I?ve been hitting either the treadmill on an incline or the stairmill post workout for 30-40 mins 5xweek. Will likely increase the frequency and up the duration here in the next few weeks. Dropped about 10lbs thus far while still maintaining my strength which is nice. Trying to burn as little muscle as possible during this cut.
