Cream applies really well, smells great, and the dispenser is really high quality. For its price it can't be beat and i'll be using it always on cycle and pct from now on.

I have a question about this product. Because it is a topical, does it possibly have any localized effect on gyno if rubbed into the nipple area - or are the effects strictly systemic? Thank you in advance.

I see more of systemic result, even though I apply it to chest and shoulders. Maybe others can chime in.

Its an AI not a serm so i would be inclined to think the effect would be mainly systemic.

Here is the thing....As an AI in a strict sense its systemic, however, Transdermals do act differently depending on application site.
Some places have more aromatase in the area and some have more 5 alpha reductase etc.

This is significant when using testosterone cream/gel but I have never looked into how it would or if it would make a difference with Formestane.

There are not application site specific actions though.

So applying to the nipples wont do anything more than anywhere else.
