Been on this diet for about a week and a half and damn, I already notice a difference. I've lost the extra fat I gained during the holidays so far, which is probably around 2lbs.
I may need to increase my proteins and fats since I get incredibly hungry on no carb days, although maybe that's normal.
I may also start doing 2 weeks on the diet, 1 week maintenance just for mental sanity - getting a good week with a full stomach will help...
