Still going strong. I've found my diet isn't hard to follow at all - the only day I get serious cravings is Friday due to the no carb - low carb - no carb sequence of days which is pretty brutal by the end. But that's made easier by the idea that I get to load up on Saturday.
Workout wise things are only alright, not great. My leg still hurts from when I pulled or tore a muscle squatting a couple weeks ago, so I can't do squats (DAMNIT THEYRE MY FAVORITE) or deadlifts. I'm doing some hyperextensions and ham curls on pull days to try and at least do something, but it's no replacement for deadlifts.
I will say I am seeing progress on my diet which is always good. New veins I've never seen before, and definitely more definition in my ab area. Now if only this fat on my ass would hurry up and leave so that the rest of my abs could finish up, that would be nice, but meh whatever.
