- milk with a bit of chocolate milk mixed in

- 2 egg whites (from hard boiled egg)

- 1 can tuna
- Mixed Veggies (celery, cucumber, cauliflower, cherry tomatos
Meal Four
- Orange
- hard boiled egg
Meal Five
- Green Beans
- Salad
Supplements
Upon Awakening
- epehedrine
- kelp
Meal one
-kelp
- multi vitamin
- essential oils
- Cold FX
Meal Two
- Kelp
- Glucosamine
- Complex B
- Ester C
Meal Three
- Ephedrine
Meal Four
- same as meal one
Workout
Circuit Training (3 sets, 15 reps)
- Hip Thrust with 45lb Plate on Stomach
- Donkey kicks on ench
- Stiff legged Deadlift with dumbells (80lbs combined weight)
- Sumo Squats (55lbs)
- Weighted Walking Lunges (30lbs)
- Single leg Deadlifts (30, 40, 60lbs)
30 mins on elliptical Trainer
Notes:
Was super sore afterwards. Could hardly walk up the stairs to go back to my room...nor could I walk all the next day. Felt Great. I need to work on endurance.
