Oh a blog....I'm probably the last to do this

I'll post more later, not much going on here except work and kiddies and riding.

My diet has not been great, but I'm working on making better choices - as a matter of fact, about to go get an apple or banana or something like that, something healthy.

Needed to really go workout this morning, but I got to bed so late last night because of watching the game, but oh well, I'll go, no big deal. Not like I'm in training for anything yet.
