Workout for 2/29/08

Bench Press 90x3 sets at 12, 10, 8
Chest Flies Up 10lbs. 60x3 at 12, 10, 8
Seeated Shoulder Press DB Couldnt rase 60 over my head 50x3 at 10, 10, 10
Lateral Raise 30x3 at 15, 15, 15
Seated tri Extention 15x3 at 15, 15, 15 (burned)
Kickback 30x3 15, 15, 15 (burned)
Leg Press 90x1 100x2 10, 10, 10
Decline Bench Press 90x3, 10, 10, 8

All DB except Bench and also Leg Press of course on the machine.

No crunches today but...

Calorie Intake for 2/25/08, 2/26/08

Ok im trying to keep trake of my calories as you might have guessed so here are my calories intake for Mon and Tues....

Mon 2/25/08

Morning:Pre Shake WO Post Shake Egg Beaters 2 Serv.

Afternoon: Chicken Ceasar Salad 220 Cals, Dressing 190 Cals.

Dinner: creamy Chicken Parm 2 Slices Bread Cinn. Oatmeal...

220, 130, 160, 160, 300, 220, 190: Total Calories: 1380

Tues 2/26/08

Breakfast:
Bagel w/ cc 130 + 90
Lunch:
Salmon w/ salad and bread (UNO's) 550
Dinner:
Bertolli Chicken Rigatoni and Broc. 380
Protien Shake at breakfast
Protien Shake before Stationary bike
Total protien shake intake: 154 Cal.
Total Calories: 1304

2/24/08

Breakfast:
Bagel w/ cc 2 servings egg beaters w/cheese
1 Protien Shake: 374
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Garlic...

Went to WW gained 3 lbs. back to 254. Not sure if it is muscle or fat.

Been working out so kind of hard to tell.

Finally joined the gym where gf and I go to WW meetings.

Looking forward to going alot the next couple weeks.

Have my first Session with trainer next Sat. 3/1/08. Will get all my stats then. BF% program I should go with etc...

Purchased some Wheybolic Extreme 60 To test out to see if I gain anything or not...
