Went to WW gained 3 lbs. back to 254. Not sure if it is muscle or fat.

Been working out so kind of hard to tell.

Finally joined the gym where gf and I go to WW meetings.

Looking forward to going alot the next couple weeks.

Have my first Session with trainer next Sat. 3/1/08. Will get all my stats then. BF% program I should go with etc...

Purchased some Wheybolic Extreme 60 To test out to see if I gain anything or not from that. Will take some before Pictures and after...

Diet was kinda of sucky last week cause of Sick not working out to much only 2 days a week. Will make up for it this week at the gym.

Keeping Self Motivated, Positive thinking....

Workout tonight:
Bench Press 50lbsx3x12
Bench Flys 50lbsx3x12
Seated Overhead Bench 50lbsx3x12
Tricep Extension 25lbsx3x12
30 mins Stationary Bike
1 set 50 crunch
1 set 30 crunch (failure)
2 sets reverse crunch of 15
