Seated Tris Ext. 25x3x15
Kickbacks (1 arm row) 25x3x15
Ftat Bench Press BB 90x3x12,10,8
2 sets incline crunch 30
45 Min on recumbent bike
2/26/08
Chest Fly DB flat 60x3x15
Seated Shoulder Press 40x3x15
Lateral Raise 20x3x15
Incline DB 80x3x15
Seated Curls BB 60x3x15
Closed Lat Bar 80x3x12
Open Lat Bar 100x3x10
Seated Leg Lifts 60,80,100x10
Incline Crunch 2 sets at 30 until failure
30 Min walking/running treadmill
Tuesday seemed alot better than Monday. Pretty good workout today I feel great and pumped up havent came down yet off that pumped up feeling after a workout. Great place to workout. People at my new gym are friendly, nice, dont talk much so you get in and get out. Way to go!!!!
