Calorie Intake for 2/25/08, 2/26/08

Ok im trying to keep trake of my calories as you might have guessed so here are my calories intake for Mon and Tues....
Mon 2/25/08
Morning:Pre Shake WO Post Shake Egg Beaters 2 Serv.
Afternoon: Chicken Ceasar Salad 220 Cals, Dressing 190 Cals.
Dinner: creamy Chicken Parm 2 Slices Bread Cinn. Oatmeal...
220, 130, 160, 160, 300, 220, 190: Total Calories: 1380
Tues 2/26/08
Morning: Pre Shake WO Post Shake Egg Beaters 2 Serv. Slice Cheese, 308, 150, 110
Afternoon: Turkey Bagel Sand. w. 2 Slices Sw. Ch. 260, 110, 110, 70
Snack: Nutri Bar: 200
Snack: Fruit Bowl (without Juice)
Dinner: CHEAT MEAL really needed it, LOL: Med Fries Chicken Club Sand. Med Soda 570, 380, 210
Total Calories: 2478
At least today I got over 2000 but I had to cheat. Not sure how to get over 2000 yet. Any Suggestions would be helpful. Thanks....
