Workout for 2/29/08

Bench Press 90x3 sets at 12, 10, 8
Chest Flies Up 10lbs. 60x3 at 12, 10, 8
Seeated Shoulder Press DB Couldnt rase 60 over my head 50x3 at 10, 10, 10
Lateral Raise 30x3 at 15, 15, 15
Seated tri Extention 15x3 at 15, 15, 15 (burned)
Kickback 30x3 15, 15, 15 (burned)
Leg Press 90x1 100x2 10, 10, 10
Decline Bench Press 90x3, 10, 10, 8

All DB except Bench and also Leg Press of course on the machine.

No crunches today but did 15 mins on treadmill, was wiped out after lifting was going to do 30 but said screw it!!!

All in All a good workout was pissed couldnt find my Ipod but finally found it when I got home....
