I need help

Posted 12-19-2007 at 09:17 AM by iwantmuscle2
Hey everyone, it has been a long time since I have been on. I don't have any recent images to post, things have not changed....except for the fact that I had gained back what I lost

So, i completely gave up. I am back up to 176 pounds. I am so ran down because I am struggling so much. I am depressed, fed up and every other imaginable adverb you can think of.

I don't know what I need. I have started working out a little. I am trying my best to eat well. Just to let you know, I don't have a lot of money to join a gym, I have a few things here at home. I can't afford to buy a lot of nutritional food or supplements. My main goal is just to be more fit and have my clothes fit better. I don't have a magic number in mind when it comes to the scale.

I really need someone on here to help me out and not hurt me by making fun of my before photos. I all ready know they are horrible or I would not be on here. I am willing to listen to advice, check in with my progress... I know what I can become, I can see it and I can feel it inside. I do have potential to be great. I want some muscle and to slim my waist ( a lot, like 10 inches).....

Yeah, depression does suck. I used to have a horrible time dealing with it. The only way around depression is to fight it. What you need right now is to add plenty of cardio in your training program and do exercises with your bodyweight as the resistance such as push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. It doesn't take all the fancy equipment you find in gyms to lose excess bodyfat despite what some people may say. Email me and I'll give you more information to help you out.
