assisted pull ups 80lbs 12repsx3
cable upright row 20lbs 12repsx3
leg extention 30lbs 12repsx3
leg curl 10lbs 12repsx3
inner thigh (machine) 80lbs 15repsx3
outer thigh (machine) 60lbs 12repsx3
ab lounge 25repsx4
back extention 15repsx4


Followed by 30 minutes of cardio
