Well, been gone for awhile and appreciate the "We miss you emails". The abdomen problem was diagnosed as a torn abdomen. Can only do low weight high rep workouts until surgery later this year or when the pain gets too extreme. Then a 6-8 week recovery time resulting in no workouts for at least a month or more. Well, apparently forum readers are either perplexed about my bloated gut or afraid they may offend me. I am not easily offended as I tried to explain in the post, although I may have sounded like a whiny little b@#ch when I said I got used to insults and the like many years ago. Well this is my first ever attempt at blogging, but I feel I need advice. I use protein supps + creatine and every night before bed I down a glass of metamucil. Lately my gut seems bloated and hard. It resembles a beer gut,but, I do not drink. I do drink over a gallon of water through out the day along with milk and coffee mixed in. I have healthy movements (metamucil) and still can't shake the bloated feeling. It sucks, I make strides in my muscle growth and then overnite beer belly. Any input...
