2008 Get Yoked

Diet starts tommorrow. Let's get started.
1. High Protein
2. Moderate fat and carbs.

TRAINING
1. Consists of either 2 upper and 1 lower per week. Or 2 upper minus back and 2 lower with back (rows, pullups, etc.)

Weight 210
Height 6'1
Body Fat: 18%

Goals
Weight-200
Bodyfat-7%
Feel free to provide input on my goals.
