Fatigue while working out.

As you can tell I am new to blogging.
Just wanted to introduce myself to the bodybuilding community?
I am Stuart aged 29 and amature bodybuilder from Scotland.
Currently warking away in the gym trying to increase my strength without much luck suffer from fatigue. At the moment lifting 50kg with the legs in the gym (not much definition or muscle mass). Hoping to compete in a bodybuilding competition one day soon.
