I recently began a cycle of Orastan A / H-drol stacked. I decided to write it down and share my thoughts with all those who are interested and would like to hear some testimony, since i had a hard time coming across it while i was researching. In actuality though, the final thing that pushed me into this seat right now to write this down is because i was that impressed with the first 4 days of the cycle.

Alright, so i have been a little busy the last few days, but im ready to fill all the details in, as i have had some interesting things going on concerning the cycle. Ill break it down day by day.
3/7/08
Did a cardio day, the workout was as follows...
25 mins on bike
15 mins of running
200 sit ups with 10lbs on chest
Nothing too crazy, but i normally dont do ANY cardio. I rely on all the hockey i play as my cardio, but decided to add in a few more cardio days at the gym for the cycle. The workout went extremly smoothly, i was very focused on accomplishing goals and my stamina seemed to be a little higher than normal, perhaps its the drugs, or perhaps its just a placebo effect, who knows, doesnt really matter either way.
Later that night i took notice to the color of my urine. Bright / neon yellow, which certainly caught me off gaurd. I have been drinking a large amount of water, but decided to start drinking more, and to up my liver support as well.

Today i did a superset workout which i will be trying to carry out once a week. Theres three sets in the workout aimed at shaping the chest. I originally found the workout off of bodybuilding.com in an interesting article written by an invidual whose name i cannot recall. I used it for a few weeks on a previous cycle and got good results, so i started using it in my routine. The workout is as follows...
Set One
6 Flat Bench Dumbbell Press reps supersetted with 8 Bent Over Barbell Row reps. Four Sets with 45 - 60 seconds rest inbetween exercises. Repped 100 lb dumbs for the first two bench sets, and 105 lb dumbs for the last two sets. bent over i repped out 155lbs for the first two sets, and 165lbs for the last two sets.
Set Two
8 Incline Bench Dumbbell Press reps supersetted with 10 Flat Bench Fly reps. Put up 80 lb dumbs for the first two incline sets, and 85 for the last set. Used 35 lb dumbs for all three sets on the flys.
Set Three
12 Flat Bench Barbell Press supersetted with 12 External Shoulder Rotation reps. At that point i could only put up 155 lbs for all three bench sets, even struggled on the last set puttin up the last two. The shoulder rotations i used a 20 lb dumbbell for all three sets.
Overall, the workout went very well, ended up completly exhausted and had a huge pump. I was a little surprised i didnt struggle more since i hadnt done it in a month or two, i even threw an extra two sets of dips in after the supersets. Now that i have all my weights set, well see what kind of improvement i make between now and next week.

Went well, nothing too crazy to report. Stamina still up, so im starting to think it might be more in the pills then in my head
The problem with my urine seems to be under control, as its returned to a normal shade. Still havin great pumps in and out of the gym. Tommorow is a legs day, probably work some abs in to, anything new that happens i will update about!
