I get a lot of smirks and out right laughter from the young gym rats whenever I work out.
My routine is old school, I like pullovers, flys, incline, decline, flat bench presses, still do squats, and deadlifts.
Been known to tri-bomb, super set and circuit.
I can usually finish my session and be out of the gym while the rookies stand in line for the machines.
Whew now I feel better thanks!
