A Newbie's tale...

Okay, so here I am, a definate "newbie" "fng", what have you. My goal is to achieve my "beast body" by my fiftieth b-day, that's 16 months from now (4/09). I have the basics at the house; free weights, treadmill and my wifes resistance set. I am working on a workout, and my training log. I have another blog that I am going to keep up also (http://beastbyfifty.blogspot.com). What I need is input regarding supps - what kind, how often. I have a good basic knowlwdge of diet, so that area is fine also, it is the supps that confuse me. So, I am going to post to this forum and another to see if I get any input, I hopefully will. As soon as I have any input regarding supps and what not, I'll post here.. til then - happy lifting!!
