The Optimum Anabolics program is delivered as two primary PDF Ebook manuals. The first is a 120 page (step-by-step guide) and the second a 110 page workout manual.
The goal of the first manual is to explain the workout principles and key points in a concise and easy to understand manner.
We can't give a way the entire program but suffice it to say that Jeff covers every detail about the workout including - 8 anabolics factors, what the program does, how the program works and he also includes a day by day breakdown of the entire workout program.
Both the Optimum Anabolics Guide and Workout books are full of useful charts and graphs that really help you understand the "how's and whys" of the entire program.
Even though the workout is complicated there is no reason for concern because the workout manual has all the exercises broken down and grouped into tables, and each exercise also has corresponding form notes to make sue you get the most out of every exercise.
