This clearly makes sense.

It's also reasonable to presume that some medications would but stress on the kidneys.

This doesn't mean that all steroids used for any period of time is bad for your kidneys.

But yeah, ten straight years of hardcore steriod use with many different drugs and putting your body through the stress that comes from bodybuilding, it's no surprise to me that one would have significant problems.
