    I have never liked his body. I find the steroid look repulsing, actually. Ronnie coleman is the worst though, with Jay being pretty close behind.

    Not saying he doesn't work hard, though.

    Personally I wouldn't follow any of Cutler's workouts. As far as the volume goes, he's juiced up, and i'm not so my volume won't be the same as his. As far as the type of exercises he does, I figure he knows what works for himself, which isn't the same as what works for me.

    I agree with everything you say, I just can't imagine ever designing a chest day in the manner in which he designed his on February 7th.

    It's not a particularly bad workout or anything, I just disagree with the lack of free weight pressing movements.

    Maybe he was mixing thing up...
