Kai Greene Arnold 2010 Finals Men's Routine

Awesome routine, but he totally missed his mark as he did the backwards roll into the handstand against the wall.

Ffwd to 1:40 and witness the hilarity again. God bless Kai, but it's nice to know even superhumans can drop the ball on the rare occasion.

Or maybe that's as he planned it.

Kathybird, you think it's real or "clip-on"?

Choppy audio at the beginning. Do you see how long the line was? Can you imagine waiting in line if he goes through an involved response for each fan? He definitely seems like a positive person, but in "Overkill," the new Mike Pulcinella/MuscleMeds DVD out now, he talks about the inner rage that Ronnie Coleman must have possessed to squat with 805 lbs. There's got to be similar rage inside Greene.
